Who I am
My name is Nguyen Thu Khue. I am a data protection specialist (CIPP/E) and AI law expert holding an Advanced Master in IP and ICT Law from KU Leuven, with a focus on bridging international legal standards and local realities, particularly between EU frameworks and emerging digital governance landscapes.
I have contributed to national-level policy dialogues on data protection and AI regulation in Vietnam, working alongside government stakeholders and bringing both institutional grounding and independent perspective to these conversations. I am an invited member of the Vietnamese National Data Association and a certified member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Based in Belgium, I am active within cross-border intellectual and business communities, providing ICT law consultation and supporting initiatives that connect people across borders. In March 2026, I was invited as a speaker at a Vietnam-EU event in Brussels.
AILawHub is where I bring all of this together — an independent space built on the belief that AI and digital laws deserve to be understood by everyone, not just legal experts.
My Vision
AILawHub is a space dedicated to amplifying AI and digital laws from across the world. With AI support, complex legal frameworks become clear, engaging, and easy to follow, raising curiosity and encouraging tolerance for the unique ways each country shapes its digital future. After all, every regulation carries a story shaped by history, relationships, and circumstances that deserve to be understood, before judged.
